Debbie Yates

Chaplain

Debbie Yates joined Flora Elks Lodge #1659 in 2001. Since joining the Order,
she has immersed herself in Elkdom. She has successfully served with great
pride in all Lodge chairs.

Debbie was the first female Exalted Ruler at her Lodge in 2007-2008.
Being Exalted Ruler during the same Fraternal year as fellow Lodge member
F. Louis Sulsberger was Grand Exalted Ruler made it a special experience for
Debbie.

Debbie was honored and recognized for her efforts as Officer of the Year in
2003-2004 while serving as Inner Guard.

Debbie has also competed successfully in the IEA State Ritual Contest,
winning high scoring officer in both 2005 and 2006. Her devotion and dedication
to Ritual is extemporary.

Debbie is the Chairperson for the Children Care Corporation Committee
at her Lodge.
