Tony Dardano joined the Elks in 1992 at Chicago North Lodge. He has served in several lodge chairs including exalted ruler in 1996-1997 (Chicago North) and 2006-2008 (Elmhurst).

In 2007-08 he was named North District Exalted Ruler of the Year. He was named Lodge Elk of the Year in 1997-98 and 1998-99 at Chicago North and Officer of the Year in 2008-09 at Elmhurst. He has served as chairman of trustees at Chicago Northshore and is currently the chairman at Elmhurst.

He served the North District in several committee chairmanships, including Americanism, Drug Awareness, Indoctrination, Membership, New Lodge and Business Practices. He was North District vice president in 2000-2001 and was named IEA District Vice President of the Year. He served as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler in 2002-2003.

Dardano has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Elks Association’s Publication Corporation since 1998 and as chairman since 2004.

He serves professionally as executive vice president of sales and marketing at International Label and Printing Company, Elk Grove Village. He is treasurer of the Oak Hill II Townhomes Homeowners Association in Wood Dale.
