Darrell's accomplishments and service to Elkdom include:
Exalted Ruler 1995 - 1996 and 1996 - 1997
District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler 2003-2004 for the East Central District
State Chairman for Soccer Shootout for 5 years
State Chairman for Hoop Shoot for 3 years
Selected as State Elk of the Year 1999-2000

Darrell has been married to Sandi for 30 years, and they have one son, Matt, and one grandson, Lee.
