Pana Lodge 1261 - Labor Day 2010

The Pana Elks Lodge Members, their Families, as well
as Friends of the Lodge participated in Pana Labor Day parade. They had 24 Elk
members carry their big flag plus they had the Drug Awareness Trailer and a new
Pana Elks Motor Car. Bob
Swisher and his brothers (AKA: The Swisher Brothers) cleaned the car and got it
operational to help promote Elkdom during the parade.
The car looked great and it will be used more in the Drug Awareness Program. ER,
Mike May, drove in the parade with his wife Vicky and their grandkids.
They handed out Snow Cones and the girls tie dyed shirts with "Elks" on them.
They even made shirts for Bob, Terry, Jim, Darrell And Chris Swisher COOL !!!
Darrell Swisher, PSP, pulled drug trailer.
The Pana Elks handed out more than 1000 pieces of Drug awareness literature.
After the parade, all returned to the Lodge and had lunch with members, Shriners,
and family. A good time was had by all.
